How do I create a user account?

A personal user account will be created after a successful Registration created.

I have forgotten my password

Under Forgotten password you can request a new password.

I forgot my email address for registration and can no longer sign up.

Can I change my email address?

You can change your email address in your user account. Alternatively, you can also send the change to our Reader Service share

How can I delete my user account?

Subscriptions

What subscriptions are available?

You can choose between three different subscriptions: Digital; With the digital subscription you have unlimited access to all the content of the news site. Can I switch from a subscription to the printed magazine to a digital subscription?

You can switch from your print subscription to a digital subscription at any time. If you have already paid for the print subscription, the remaining credit will be applied to your new subscription. To make the conversion, please contact our Reader Service.

What gift subscriptions are offered?

Give a gift subscription for example for a birthday or Christmas. Select the desired product and write under "Comments" that it is a "gift subscription" and give us the address of the recipient. When you take out a gift subscription, the correspondence will be conducted exclusively with you, so that it remains a surprise for the recipient.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the paid term. In order for us to be able to process your cancellation in time, it must be received by us at the latest 5 days before the end of the term in the Reader Service arrive. If you no longer wish to receive the magazine or news site from now on, you can send it to a person of your choice until the subscription expires. Early cancellation of the subscription or withdrawal of the remaining balance is not possible.

How can I read a sample of the magazine?

As a member of the SAQ Swiss Association for Quality, do I receive the magazine "MQ Management & Quality" free of charge?

Yes, as a member of the SAQ you receive the magazine MQ Management & Quality free of charge. Member addresses are regularly matched with recipient addresses. Become a SAQ member.

What online access is available to me as an SAQ member?

All members of the SAQ receive unlimited access to the online platform of m-q.ch. In addition to regular news, the articles printed in the journal are also published on the online platform. In addition, the PDF download is available to all members.

Invoice and payment

What payment options do I have?

You can pay your subscription conveniently by e-bill (no monthly subscriptions) via your online banking, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or by invoice (via e-mail or post). Monthly subscriptions; Credit card. Annual subscriptions; Credit card, invoice (e-mail or post).

Credit card payment

You can also pay your bill conveniently via your credit card. Your subscription is automatically renewed with this payment method. The debit advice will be sent to you exclusively by e-mail before the debit. You can access your credit card payment details (Visa and Mastercard) at any time via your User account Change.

Invoicing

The end of term of your subscription to the printed magazine may change due to interruptions in delivery, charges for travel forwarding and credit/debit notes. Thus, a chargeable service (e.g. a redirection abroad) is converted into the corresponding number of issues and then deducted from the term. There is no separate billing. In the case of credit notes, the subscription is extended accordingly.
